Meeting brief — 30 minutes before, cited

Every 15 minutes, finds external or flagged meetings starting 25–40 minutes out that have not been briefed, and prepares: who is coming and from which organisation, the last threads with them, open items and promises, the relevant docs and PRs, a suggested agenda and questions, and what you owe them. Every line cites its source; draft only.

Use it

What it does

Picks meetings about to start that deserve preparation, reads everything relevant about the people in them through apl-skill recipes, drafts a cited brief, verifies every line with a calibrated classifier and saves it as a private draft. Remembers what it briefed.

What you fill in

internal_domains if your company domains are not the ones on your apl accounts
keywords for internal meetings you still want briefed (e.g. board, review, 1:1)
delivery: deliver=gmail-draft|ms-draft to receive the brief in your drafts after approval

deliver waits for wfx approve <run-id> (or wfx reject <run-id> -m "why") before it runs.
